Back to basics

In an ever busy world we encourage you to leave it all behind and get back to nature with a back to basics camping trip, please be aware that we have no connection points. Each pitch is situated on the lower field on Stocks Farm, surround yourself with nature and take a well deserved break. Dogs are more than welcome to join us but please clean up after them and, for their safety, keep them on a lead at all times. Unfortunately we cannot offer disabled access due to the layout of the fields. There is a pond either end of the pitch site so please keep an eye on any fur friends and small children that are with you. We do keep chickens as well as a well stocked garden and there will be eggs and seasonal veg available with an honesty box.

The Village of Rayne boasts a unique collection of rural walks, Pubs, Cafes & restaurants for you to make the most of your stay. If you want to go a little further out there is a large public park called 'Great Notley Country Park' where you can fish, eat, relax and your children can play on the collection of climbing frames. Smaller fields for a game of fetch or for a play in a park are situated a short walk away in Great Notley. If you fancy some retail therapy or need to pop to a larger store Braintree town centre offers a larger array of shops, it is within walking distance but local bus routes are also available.
